The temperature your dehydrator works at depends on the model you purchase. The Ezidri FD1000 has a manual control for temperature setting ranging from 30°C to 63°C. The Ezidri Snackmaker has Soft Touch Control with settings of Low 35°C, Medium 50°C and High 60°C.
The even, slow drying process ensures that the food being dried maintains much of its nutritional value. It is generally high temperatures which harm or destroy nutrients.
The Ezidri airflow patterns, ensures accurate airflow temperature, and even distribution of air over the food. This dries the food evenly, without needing to rotate the trays.
